Independently-Operated BookOne Specializes in High-Quality Short-Run, Quick-Turnaround Case Bound Book Production

Rochester, N.Y. - The Riverside Group, a full-service binder and finisher located here, has announced the launch of BookOne, an independently-operated subsidiary that specializes in short-run case binding services. BookOne will focus on customers requiring high-quality production of case-bound books in quantities from one to about 100, often with digitally-printed text pages. The specialization on short-run production will allow for quick turnaround.

Tim Perkins has been named President of BookOne, and has more than 20 years of high-end book production experience. In addition to being a former bindery owner, Perkins has been a professor of bookbinding at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) for five years.
