Peter Pape - CEO
Peter has been involved in the post press industry for 24 years. He has been the owner of The Riverside Group since 1984, and merged all five Rochester binding and finishing companies in 1998. Peter spent four years in sales prior to joining The Riverside Group.

In his spare time Peter is active in the Boy Scouts and enjoys sailboats, hiking and spending time with his family.

Fred Daubert - President

Fred has more than 23 years of post press and printing industry experience. He began his career as a part-time press operator while still in high school. Fred joined The Riverside Group in 1991 as an estimator, and also held the positions of account executive and office manager. He was named vice president of The Riverside Group in 1999 and president in 2003.

He has two children and enjoys hunting and motorcycles.

Mike Hill - Vice President of Sales

Mike has been in the post press industry for more than 20 years. He began his career as a bindery apprentice at The Riverside Group in 1983 before moving into sales in the local Rochester market in 1987. In 1989 he extended his sales territory to include all of New England market. Mike was named vice president of sales in 2003.

He is the father of three and likes hunting and fishing.
